Congratulations on your purchase of Wireless Keyboard. This Wireless Keyboard combines a standard keyboard layout with convenient and programmable Hot Keys. With these easy-to-use Hot Keys, you can fully maximize use of your Keyboard.
Note: This Wireless Keyboard driver is designed as a super set keyboard driver. For the available and programmable hot keys, please refer to Hardware Menu.
· Pentium processor-based PC
· Windows 98/ME/2K and XP
· 32 MB of RAM
· 10MB available hard-drive space
· CD-ROM drive (for installation)
· The System supporting ACPI or APMII
· ATX mother board and ATX power supply.
Please follow the instructions below on how to install Wireless Keyboard software to your PC system.
1. Please insert the CD included in your package, into your CD-ROM drive.
2. The system will automatically run the AutoRun.exe once after the CD is inserted. However, if the system fails to perform this procedure, simply double-click on the AutoRun.exe to continue the installation procedure.
3. Follow all the on-screen instructions.
Once the software installation for Wireless Keyboard is completed, and plug in the Receive the program icon will be shown on the Windows taskbar. Then you can start to enjoy your Wireless Keyboard.
From the Windows Start Menu, locate uninstall under Programs Files\Wireless Device\Wireless Keyboard and Mouse , and click on Uninstall Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Driver to uninstall the driver.
Note:
If you only install keyboard driver, the uninstallation will locate as :
Programs Files\Wireless Device\Wireless Keyboard\Uninstall Wireless Keyboard Driver
After successful installation, two icon will appear in system tray bar ,including Wireless Keyboard icon
and Wireless Mouse icon
.
Click on the Wireless Keyboard icon
on the taskbar will pop up the setting menu.
1. Configuration
Open the configuration dialog box and allow you to re-program the hot key function. (How to configure)
2. Load Default
SettingThis option allows users to reset the multimedia buttons to default setting.
3. Display Label
Once you press a button on your keyboard, the name of the function executed will show on the lower-right corner on the screen. The message is the Label function. This option is to hide/show the Label.
4. Hide/Show Num
Lock StatusThis function hides/shows the Number Lock icon
in system tray.
5. Hide/Show Caps
Lock StatusThis function hides/shows the Cap Lock icon
in system tray.
6. Show/Hide Scroll
Lock StatusThis function hides/shows the Scroll Lock icon
in system tray.
7. Hide Wireless
Keyboard IconThis function is to hide the Wireless Keyboard icon. The Wireless Keyboard driver keeps running.
8. Help
This option is to launch the on-line help which will help you to use Wireless Keyboard driver well.
9. About
This option is to show the information about the Wireless Keyboard driver.
10. Disable Wireless
Keyboard DriverThis option is to close Wireless Keyboard driver and remove it from your computer memory. If you want to reload Wireless Keyboard driver, please click the " Start Menu\Programs\Wireless Device\Enable Wireless Keyboard Driver or restart your system to run it.
Configuration
1. WWW Back
Back to the previous page of Web Site.
2. WWW Forward
Go to the next page of Web Site.
3. WWW Stop
Stop the current Web page.
4. WWW Refresh
Reload the current Web page.
5. WWW Search
Acts as the function like you click Search button in IE Browser.
6. My Favorite
Acts as the function like you click My Favorite button in IE Browser.
7. WWW
Get on default Internet Browser directly/Programmable
8. Mail
Launches the default E-Mail application
9. Mute
Press this button once to mute the volume, press again to un-mute the volume.
10. Vol. down
Decrease the volume.
11. Vol. up
Increase the volume.
12. Play/Pause
Press this button once to play, press again to pause playing. (Note 1)
13. Stop
Press this button to stop playing. (Note 1)
14. Previous Track
Back to the previous track. (Note 1)
15. Next Track
Go to the next track. (Note 1)
16. Media Select
Launch Microsoft System Default Player.
17. My Compute
Launch Microsoft My Computer.
18. Calculator
Launch Microsoft Calculator application
19. My Music
Launch Microsoft My Music. (Note 2)
20. My Pictures
Launch Microsoft My Pictures (Note 3)
21. My Documents
Launch Microsoft My Documents (Note 4)
22. Welcome Screen
Launch Microsoft Welcome Screen. Acts as Win+L keys (Note 5)

Player functions support Microsoft System Default Player. (If System Default Player is Media Player, the supported version is V6.4 and above.)

For the programmable hot keys, you can access to preset functions, favorite website, shortcut button or menu function.
How to configure :
In the configuration dialog box, there are 4 ways to create your own hot key functions including : Preset function, Favorite Website, Shortcut and Menu. Easily choose the way and the function you want to use.
1. Select a Hotkey : Please select a Hotkey which you want to do the programmable function. The programmable hotkeys are in this drop-down list, you can select the one you like to assign.
2. Hotkey Label : You can define the name of the function as a Label which will be displayed when press the hotkey. The location of Label is in the lower-right corner.
3. Preset Function : The Wireless Keyboard driver provides 27 preset functions including Calculator, Control Panel, Dos Shell, Email, File Explorer, My Computer, My Documents, My Pictures, My Music, NotePad, Screen Saver, WWW ,Display Property, Mute, Vol-, Vol+,WWW Back, WWW Forward, WWW Favorite, WWW Refresh, WWW Stop, Switch Windows, Welcome Screen, Play/Pause, Next Track, Previous Track and Stop. You can easily re-program the hotkey function from choosing one from this function list.
4. Favorite Website : You can type your favorite website here and launch it by the default internet browser when pressing the hot key.
5. Shortcut : This function provides you to define personal access to another application or document. By clicking the browse button
, then you can select a document file or an execution file to be launched by hotkey.
6. Menu : You can use this function to do more programmable and personal settings. Press the browse button
to bring the Menu dialog box as following.
6-1 Add
This option is to add a programmable /personal setting into the menu list for the selected hotkey. After completing the setting, whenever you press the defined hotkey, the menu list will appear to allow user to choose the creative functions. The menu can contain different item settings up to 5. In other words, one hotkey can have 5 external functions.
6-2 Edit
Edit the selected Menu item.
6-3 Remove
Remove the selected Menu item.
6-4 Key#
Please type the key number here (up to 5)
6-5 Function
This selection contains two choices. You can use the drop-down list to select either Shortcut or website as the key function.
6-6 Label
This option provide you to define a label to be shown when press the hotkey.
6-7 Location
- If the key function is selected as shortcut, you can either specify the file path or using the browse button to create the shortcut.
- If the key function is selected as Website, you can easily type the website address in the tab
.
